(Breakfast / Lunch) Wake up early and head by tuk-tuk like a local to the peninsula to witness and/or attend alms giving. At 6am, long lines of monks and novices stroll the street of the town center to collect their daily food subsistence from the worshippers. This ancient ritual is locally known as “tak bat”.
Pass by the open air fresh food market and then, return to the hotel for your breakfast.Today, visit the beautiful Vat Xieng Thong, one of the most emblematic temples in Laos. It is located at the top of the peninsula, where the Mekong and Nam Khan Rivers meet. Then, we walk a pier to catch your private boat and enjoy a cruise excursion up the Mekong River to the holy caves of Pak Ou, where some of the most famous Buddhist sculptures in Southeast Asia are found. In Pak Ou cave thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues are crowded into the two caves carved out of a towering limestone cliff. They range in size from a few centimeters to the size of a human. Lunch at local restaurant. After that, we return to Luang Prabang and visit Vat Chomphet, Vat Long Khoun. Overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel We start with The National Museum that used to be the former Royal Palace. Inside the complex of the National Museum, you will see the “Prabang” sacred golden statue, giving its name to the town. Then visit Vat Mai, the former royal temple and Vat Sene, one of the most beautiful temples in town, with its red walls and golden bas-reliefs. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, we head to Kuang Si waterfalls, 32 km south-west of Luang Prabang. Kuang Si is a good place to get more familiar with endemic and it is also possible to hike to the top of the falls via a steep trail, and if the weather is good, you might enjoy a swim in the crystal clear water ponds at the foot of the falls. Stop by the Asian Black Bear Sanctuary. Then we return to town and around 7 pm, head to Hive Bar and enjoy the Ethnic Fashion Show with snacks and soft drinks. Overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. After a short 30 min. ride out of town you will arrive at the banks of the Nam Khan River where your day of nature activities will start. You will learn about the small Khamu community living in front of a huge mountain range. You walk along the soft swinging slopes and get an introduction in everyday life of these people. Take your time to wander around in the village and meet the locals where you can stop and talk to them. Lunch will be served along the way in the village with local food or a lunch box prepared for you. Returning from your “Fair Trek” we will explore the Tad Sae waterfalls and the Nam Khan river valley. It’s time to hang out and enjoy the scenery, the nature and the cascades around you. Your guide will give you a short briefing about the kayaking tour and will teach you how to paddle if it is your first time. A relaxing river journey follows and brings you back to Luang Prabang. (Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy at your own leisure until transfer to the airport for your flight to Vientiane. Lunch at local restaurant. Upon arrival in Vientiane we transfer to the hotel for check in. In the afternoon start sightseeing with Vat Sisaket: the only temple left intact after the Siamese invasion in 1828. It shelters hundreds of statues of Buddha in its walls, Vat PhraKeo, now used as a religious museum where you can see Lao and Khmer works of art. And we continue visit Patuxai Monument, also called Anousavari, and enjoy a panoramic view over the city from the roof. It is Vientiane’s own Arc de Triomphe that is located at the top of LaneXang Avenue, the Champs Elysees of the Lao capital. You will end your today tour by walking along the Mekong riverfront, view the sunset and enjoy the night-market at Chao Anouvong Park. Overnight at hotel in Vientiane


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. Depart to the village of Ban Hat Khay. We will be traveling to vehicle to Pha Say through the path that leads to the rice fields before arriving in the park. The trek will start at orchid Pha Say with his views on an impressive throat than 40m high and thick jungle. We move on small trails and discover shade different forest types: semi-deciduous jungles, bamboo, accompanied by two guides and an expert on orchids. Some biotopes are extraordinary. We will also have the opportunity to learn many things on medicinal plants and other plant families such as: Cane, the Gingers, the Dypterocarpes… The picnic will be in the bed of a dry river any part of the year. The afternoon will end with a swim at the waterfall of Tad Sae before returning to the village. Back in Vientiane expected around 18h. Overnight at hotel in Vientiane


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. Today, we will take a long transfer to Khammouane province. We transfer along the southern 13 street toward to Hin Boun and it’s about 4-5 hour drive. Lunch in the local restaurant. Upon arrived in Khammouane we transfer to visit Kong Lor Village for small boat trip to Kong Lor Cave and explore the cave on foot, on the other side take a short walk past tobacco drying huts to Ban Pon Ngam. Overnight at hotel in Khammouane


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. Today, we drive on to Savanakhet province and toward to Pakse, we will transfer around 241 km and the drive will take around 7 hours passing by the ever green tree around the street side and landscape. We will stop at Savanakhet provinces to visit That Ing Hang Stupa. Lunch at the local restaurant. Then, we drive direct to Pakse province. Overnight at hotel in Paske


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. We depart to the Boloven Plateau to visit some waterfalls and ethnic villages with notably Pha Soum & Tad Lo waterfalls. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue your excursion toward Paksong. En-route, visit ethnic villages (Katu, Alak, Lavens) and a Mulberry farm close to Ban Thatheng. Overnight at hotel in Sekong


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. Depart by minivan to Paksong. Car changing from minivan to the Jeep! Then take the road to Khamsone Coffee farm: 13km/30min by bumpy + muddy road (in rainy season). You will get know about coffee from Planting to Roasting step, finishing by a coffee tasting to savor the different kind of coffee. Then trekking along the coffee plantation for 45min. Then walking up to the top of Volcano Mountain named Phou Sanak for 30min. Walk 30min to PhouKatouk where the American Army shooting to Vietcong in 1973. Listen to our guide explain some fascinating history why and how both of them used mountain. Picnic lunch and enjoy coffee. Continue the Jeep safari for 2hrs to Tad Moun waterfalls. On the way we can see many vegetables fields like Ginger, Cucumber, Cabbages, and Lettuce… Take of your times to swim or relaxing in the waterfalls. Fruits and beverages will be provided. Transfer to B Bang for Car changing (get back to the Minivan) and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel in Sekong


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, drive by road to Champsak province, then, we transfer to the hotel for check in. Lunch at local restaurant. Drive by road to visit Vat Phou, the second UNESCO World Heritage site of the Lao PDR. Vat Phou was a part of the Khmer empire, centered on Angkor to the southwest, at least as early as the reign of Yashovarman in the early 10th century.
Arrive at your hotel for check in and relaxing. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own. Overnight at hotel in Champasak


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. We cross Mekong River by ferry to the main road and drive to Hatxaikhoun and catch your long tail boat and cruise to Don Khon. Lunch at local restaurant. After that we transfer to the hotel for check in and free at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Don Khon


(Breakfast / Lunch) Breakfast at hotel. Embark on your private boat for a full day exploring the area known locally as Sipandon ‘4000 Islands’. In this beautiful area the Mekong River reaches 14 kilometers in width and thousands of small islands dot the waterway. Travel by local boat to the peaceful island of Don Khon. Visit the impressive Li Phi falls, on the west of Don Khon and very close to the Cambodian border. The islands played an important role during the French Colonial rule as they linked Laos to Cambodia and Southern Vietnam. Bicycling around the island to explore the railway line and bridge that crosses the falls and enjoy the slow pace of life, observing locals. Lunch at local restaurant. Then, continue with a short boat trip visit Irrawaddy freshwater dolphins. Ban Hang Khone is one of the rare places on earth to spot these endangered mammals. Overnight at hotel in Don Khon


Breakfast at hotel. We transfer to the airport for your departure flight and on the way back to Pakse we stop visit Khone Phapheng, the biggest waterfall in Southeast Asia. End of service!
